Bengaluru-based NetConnect Global (NCG) is gearing to expand in India. As part of its expansion plans, it is all set to hire 5,000 people who are talented and willing to explore newer technologies to deliver what the customers need. NCG has been supporting over a 100 businesses through digital transformation and acceleration of operations across telecom, manufacturing, retail, energy and finance sectors. It now seeks talented engineers with expertise in digital apps, cloud and networking.

The Company has relied heavily on the digital talent available in India, and is anticipating a lot of business as more companies across the globe are focussing on digital transformation and desirous of accelerating their operations, especially after the pandemic.

Now, NetConnect wishes to focus more on new-age digital technologies and seeks talent in the areas of internet of things (IoT), cloud app development, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Sunil Bist, CEO, Netconnect Global, feels that “a digital fabric is essential for organisations that want to stay relevant in a constantly evolving and competitive landscape, but speed must be balanced with pragmatism.”

He explains that the pandemic simply incentivised digital transformation and more businesses are now “keen on starting their digital journey”, and therefore, “ we have expanded our talent pool across India to meet these requirements.”

Delivery centres of NetConnect are present in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata and Pune.
