As part of its massive expansion plans, Vee Technologies has already started hiring talent. While it is inducting about 1,200 freshers from the fields of humanities, science and biotech, it plans to hire about 3,000 more over the next one year. The Company is presently looking for talent for various locations in South India, including Salem, Trichy, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. It is seeking talent with knowledge of medical coding. Vacancies also exist for calling agents.

The IT services company, which has headquarters in Bengaluru and New York, has set aside a budget of about Rs 200 crore for expansion. As part of this expansion, it will hire 3,000 fresh graduates in South India, to serve its healthcare customers in the US.

In India, Vee Technologies has delivery centres in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana. Outside India, its delivery centres exist in Manila in the Philippines, as well as various locations across the US. These centres serve clients across the engineering, design and healthcare sectors.

The Company’s software, analytics and strategic IT services are enjoyed by some of the best hospitals in the US.

It is the aim of the Company to increase the workforce in Tamil Nadu three fold by 2025.

Chocko Valliappa is the CEO and managing director of Vee Technologies, which was launched back in 2001, with a small team of about 50 employees.
