The SaaS-based startup founded by four IIT Kanpur graduates offers inventory and supply-chain solutions to food outlets. It helps digitise the process of procuring inventory and managing supply chains for eateries and food outlets. Simply put, it automates inventory management, digital ordering and payment ledger management, among other things. Acting as a catalyst, SupplyNote assists the eateries in standardising their processes, at the front as well as back ends.

The hiring is in alignment with the startup’s targets for the coming year. It is looking out for talent for its technology sales, support and backend technology, for its operations in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Mumbai.

The founders are satisfied with the performance of the startup despite the trying times. It was able to raise funds too. Now, it is gearing to recruit fresh expertise and talent to achieve the targets it has set for itself.

The Company’s solution can help eateries bring down their operatin costs by at least eight per cent and increase profits by 70 percentage.

The food outlets / customers have to simply pay a licence fee of about Rs 20,000 per year to get aboard the platform. The Company also helps train the staff at the restaurants or eateries on their platform to use the solution.

The startup managed to raise funds to the tune of $600,000 in a bridge round. The investors included SOSV, SucSEED Venture Partners, Das Capital, Venture Catalysts, 91springboard, CIO Angel Network and GHV accelerator.
