    Job Description

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Initiation/cancellation of benefits with the different suppliers for new hires and leavers.
    • Provide additional/ deductible benefits computation for eligibility employees to Pay Service Centre (if applicable) for monthly payroll process
    • Review of plan participants according to each country/legal entity’s Benefits plan and data validation
    • Provide benefits payment to payroll service Centre; Indicate the tax treatment of specific benefit for ADP/EY to do gross up benefits computation if requirement.
    • Exchange of information with the Finance team “Accounting” on costs of Benefits for accounting purposes.
    • Handle all benefits inquiries from employees, managers; Work with country HR for support if local language requirement.
    • Work with Procurement team to administer the benefits agreement/renewal, order management and invoicing with suppliers
    • Administration of Shares Corporate Plans (such as ESPP for employees) as well as their correct tax treatment.

    Qualification And Experience:-

    zoha
    • At least 4-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or HR Service Centre handling benefits computation for payroll related and claim process in APAC countries
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Strong time management and organization skills; Strong collaboration and communication skills; influence skill is an advantage.
    • Ability to effectively handle detail-oriented tasks/ multi-task related to benefits inquiries, administration, and process improvement.
    • Ability to think analytically, problem solving, solutions oriented and ownership mindset.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting, personal income tax/gross up for benefits in kind, termination laws, etc. in APAC countries.
    • Experience working with Workday, Service Now case management and/or other case management tools preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experiences in using benefits claims portal preferred
