This role includes end-to-end HR compliances Management and will be responsible to define and manage all HR Risk indicators. To perform regular control checks to ensure compliance and identify potential optimization and drive the projects to completion. Implement Compliance framework and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop, initiate and maintain revised policies and procedures for general operations of the compliances and related activities to ensure zero non-compliances.
- Act as an individual reviewer to ensure compliance issues.
- Ensuring issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately investigated, evaluated, and resolved.
- Regularly monitor and coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and identify the trends.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Develop and oversees a system of uniform handling of critical compliance violations.
- Develop, and implement corrective action plans for the resolution of problematic compliance issues and provide general guidance to deal with similar issues in the future.
- Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigation procedures.
- Provide reports regularly and keep the Senior Management informed of operational and progress of compliances efforts.
- Generating input audit reports, and status updates of action plans in audit tools.
Qualification And Experience:-
- Must be an MBA in HR or Post Graduation in Labor Laws or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR Compliances.
- Good understanding of HR Compliance, and HR Domain understanding.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Manage all HR Risk indicators and perform regular control checks to ensure compliance.
- Query resolution with respect to different issues and assist employees with anything relating to HR Benefits activity.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS-Word & Excel skills required.
- Understanding of employment law across States.
