    Job Description

    In this role, you will support the Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center (INK) by:-

    • Enhancing our employer brand
    • Managing recruitment and selection processes
    • Facilitating onboarding of new hires
    • Retaining and engaging our workforce
    • Developing employees in accordance with our people management guidelines

    You will be expected to follow, expand, and develop HR processes in alignment with the group standards outlined in “The Way We Do Things” for Atlas Copco Customer Center. Your goal is to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

    In this role, you will assist the INK Human Resource Manager in the following areas:-

    • Enhancing our employer brand
    • Planning headcount
    • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
    • Organizing campus recruitment drives
    • Lateral Recruitment
    • Ensuring Diversity and Inclusion by attracting right candidates.
    • Managing HR operations, including transfers, relocations, and IJM
    • Digitalizing HR processes.
    • Projects to improve Turnaround Time (TAT) , Quality of hires and Onboarding experience

    As an incumbent, you should be passionate about your goals, work collaboratively with the team, anticipate potential challenges, and propose solutions to overcome them.

    Please note that this position has become available due to the extended absence of the current incumbent. After the incumbent’s return, we anticipate potential role restructuring based on the incumbent’s responsibilities. These changes are expected to occur approximately 12 months from the start date. This provides an opportunity for the role to evolve and adapt based on organizational needs and individual skill sets.

    To succeed, you will need:-

    • The Candidate should have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Induction , Onboarding and you have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with agility and resilience.

    Educational requirements/Knowledge:-

    • You should have a university degree & master’s in business administration in Human Resources
    • Competence on Recruitment Strategies, Selection tools, Interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Knowledge of HR management tools
