As a HR Partner – People Development you will be responsible to –
- Provide on-ground support for training execution – Eg: Training content print, training infrastructure readiness, Trainers support, Invoice management, etc.
- Maintain records of Learning and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements in our learning portal. Work as a Learning Portal Administrator.
- Training Analytics and Training Communication
- HR activities related to People Development, Learning Management, Talent Management, New Employee Orientation (Position Induction/ Quarterly Induction), etc.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and employees
- Create and acquire training manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Provide support in developing training programs to fulfil specific needs to maintain or improve employees’ competency, knowledge, and skills.
- Support in designing and evaluating Learning Programs
- Support in various cross-functional HR Projects
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Keep track of the Budget and prepare reports of expenses.
- Provide support to Business HR in rolling out various employee development initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in Learning and development
Qualification And Experience:-
- Min 5-6 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong communication Skills
- MBA in Human Resources
