- Ensure execution of audit plans & process document.
- Coordinate with Plant-HR/BUHR & other relevant departments.
- Responsible for MIS w.r.t HR audit.
- Management and maintenance of all HR central contracts & service agreement
- Horizontal deployment of the best practice across MSIL
Qualification And Experience:-
- Post Graduation Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.)
- Work Experience (Years) 5 (Minimum) 7 (Maximum)
Competencies / Skills:-
- Hands on experience in conducting HR audit
- Knowledge of labour laws.
- Knowledge of contract management and tendering process
- Good analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
