- Conduct exit interviews of resources on Day 1 of departure.
- Study and analyze attrition trends to identify improvement areas.
- Facilitate succession planning across critical roles.
- Support and coordinate engagement activities and address related issues.
- Organize and execute engagement activities at Corporate and other locations.
- Collect data and follow up with Plant, Sales, and Corporate teams for the Quarterly E-Magazine.
