    Job Description

    • Partner with the business to understand their concerns.
    • Identify unique roles within the organization.
    • Identify training needs across teams and functions.
    • Conduct sales training programs as per the identified needs.
    • Deliver POSH training to all members.
    • Support and implement Learning & Development interventions to strengthen people capability.
    • Conduct structured induction for all new joiners.
    • Update and maintain the Induction PPT as per the latest guidelines.
    • Conduct exit interviews of resources on Day 1 of departure.
    • Study and analyze attrition trends to identify improvement areas.
    • Facilitate succession planning across critical roles.
    • Support and coordinate engagement activities and address related issues.
    • Organize and execute engagement activities at Corporate and other locations.
    • Collect data and follow up with Plant, Sales, and Corporate teams for the Quarterly E-Magazine.
