    Job Description

    About The Role

    • Talent Sourcing
    • Managing the interview pipeline.
    • Doing the initial level of telephonic screening
    • End to End Recruitment Management.
    • Setting up interactions with stakeholders
    • Get interview feedback from stakeholders.
    • Sharing timely interview feedback with interviewed candidates.
    • Making job Descriptions
    • Conducting on-site interviews.
    • Manage the referrals.
    • Getting hiring managers’ availabilities.
    • Sharing the company details and the job description well in advance with all the candidates.
    • Talent Attraction.
    • Sourcing from relevant job sources.
    • Manage the vendors and timely update them with candidate’s feedback.

    Requirements

    zoha
    • Talent Acquisition Experience of 1-4 years, preferred in a start-up environment.
    • Good communication Skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
    • Willing to work in a Work from Office setup (In Gurgaon)
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Smart, Professional, and having the ability to get things done.
    • Willing to work in a contractual role for three months – Extendable need basis.
