As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from campuses. Working closely with more experienced Campus Program Managers, you will gain valuable experience and ownership of key recruiting activities. Your passion for talent acquisition, interest in building campus partnerships, and drive to make an impact in our recruitment efforts will be key in driving Nokia’s Early Career mission. Your ability to adapt to change, thrive in ambiguity, and contribute to our mission of innovation at Nokia.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with college campuses, career centers, and placement officers, and help to coordinate and execute recruitment initiatives, including job postings, campus interviews, and other engagement activities.
- Actively source and engage candidates from universities and job boards, working alongside the team to create a robust talent pipeline and help with candidate screening and initial interview scheduling.
- Participate in campus engagement activities to promote the company as an employer of choice and help conceptualize and execute campus events and engagement programs (e.g., career fairs, workshops, info sessions).
- Assist in promoting the organization to students and faculty, helping to establish a brand presence at universities
- Assist in tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts while also maintaining data integrity and preparing simple reports for the team, providing insights into campus recruiting trends.
- Work alongside more experienced team members to assist with strategic alignment meetings and help with candidate offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to list down hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring smooth and efficient interview and onboarding processes.
Key Skills And Experience
You have
- Master’s degree in human resource management or psychology from a reputed university/institute
- 3 to 5 Years’ Experience in Early Careers/ University Relations
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn from more experienced team members
