Deloitte India is moving to provide a world class talent experience enabled by technology and digitisation through Adrenalin HCM.

Deloitte, the global consulting giant recently adopted Adrenalin eSystems’ HCM to digitise and centralise its talent management.

With Adrenalin HCM in place, Deloitte India, is moving to provide a world class talent experience enabled by technology and digitisation. The new HCM system would also act as a strong foundation and enabler for introducing the Centralized Core Talent Services function to manage the operations of multiple locations.

The solution can also integrate with both external recruitment portals such as Naukri, TimeJobs and also internal jobs postings, referrals and consultant’s portals. It will also help the company understand employee’s expectations and measure engagement. The mobile HCM will also empower employees to access real time data anytime, anywhere
