    Top Employers Institute recognises TCS as a global top employer

    Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the Indian multinational IT services consulting company, has been recognized as a global top employer by the Top Employers Institute. This is not the first time TCS has received this recognition, but the fourth time in a row.

    The Company, which is known to have successfully lead organisations across the world through their digital transformation journey, is the only company among the top 10 IT services brands to receive this prestigious certification.

    That is not all, TCS has been certified as the number one employer in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East and also as a top employer in 29 individual countries.

    The organisation’s incomparable workplace policies and culture combined with its continuous efforts to invest in its 4.17 lakh strong workforce across the globe, has helped it achieve this position and reputation.

    The senior executive of the Company admit that TCS owes its success to its talented employees spread across its offices around the world.
