Federal Bank is inviting applications for its new internship programme called ‘Federal Internship Programme’ (FIP). A two-year programme, it is designed in collaboration with Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE).
The programme is an integration of virtual learning sessions and internship opportunities at the branches and offices of the Bank. The plan is being developed for the holistic development of interns, turning them into new-age bankers.
Additionally, post joining the programme, the candidates may earn up to Rs 5.70 lakh per annum. After the completion of the course, the candidate will also receive a post-graduate diploma from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
Some candidates may also get an opportunity to be placed as probationary officers at Federal Bank.
All those who have been able to manage an aggregate of 60 per cent throughout their Class X, Class XII and graduation are eligible to apply for the programme. As part of the eligibility criteria, the candidate shall not exceed 27 years of age as on October 1, 2021. The evaluation process requires the candidates to go through an aptitude test, which is scheduled for November 7, 2021.
The place of domicile of the candidates can be any of the states of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Goa, Haryana, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana or Uttar Pradesh.
