Google, the multinational tech major, is hiring IT support engineers, who will begin working at Techstop, its internal support organisation, in April 2022. Fresh graduates with degrees in information systems, information technology, applied networking, and system administration may apply.
Techstop will serve as a launchpad for the candidates for careers in the technical space. The learning programmes offered by Techstop can be used by IT support engineers to further accelerate their careers as techies. The experience gained here will train IT support engineers to solve a wide range of problems across Google’s broad technical ecosystem.
Those with diploma or equivalent practical experience also qualify. Candidates who have experience troubleshooting in a Linux, Mac OS, or Windows networked environment – supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, video conference, and/or various wireless devices may also apply.
Those with customer service, client facing, and/or help desk experience may also send in their applications.
