Hi-Tech Radiators, the global manufacturer of transformer radiators and tanks, has appointed Gaurav Vani as its group chief financial officer with effect from July 2026.

The appointment was announced in Mumbai on 7 September 2026. Vani brings over 16 years of strategic finance leadership across Indian and international operations. In this role, he will lead the group’s financial strategy at a time when the company is strengthening its operations in India and expanding its presence overseas.

His responsibilities will include financial planning and performance, capital allocation, funding, governance, compliance and enterprise risk management. He will also oversee the integration of systems and processes across the group and spearhead digital transformation and AI-enabled finance initiatives aimed at enhancing financial visibility and enabling data-driven decisions across business units and geographies.

Vani joins from Soujanya Color, where he spent more than 13 years in multiple leadership positions, culminating as group finance head. At Hi-Tech Radiators, he is expected to strengthen financial processes, governance and capital allocation as the organisation evaluates new business and expansion opportunities.

Kartik Daftar, managing director & CEO, described Vani as a valuable addition to the leadership team, citing his financial expertise and strategic perspective. He noted that Vani’s experience would be central to reinforcing financial discipline, improving visibility and supporting informed decision-making as the business becomes increasingly global.

Vani expressed enthusiasm about joining Hi-Tech Radiators at a pivotal stage. He acknowledged the company’s established position in the transformer components industry and its potential to build momentum across domestic and international markets, and indicated his intent to work closely with the leadership team to advance strategic priorities and drive long-term value creation.

HRKatha wishes Gaurav Vani all the best for his new role!
