Full-stack e-commerce solutions company, GreenHonchos has announced plans to increase its workforce by more than 125 per cent in 2022. The Company is planning to onboard 250 employees.

The Company claims that the workforce growth is a result of a 300 per cent y-o-y client growth that it witnessed in 2021. With a growing number of national and international clients, GreenHonchos aims to serve them even better by building an expert workforce of e-commerce enablers.

“As a certified Great Place to Work, our team culture and camaraderie reflects in our extremely low attrition rates, in comparison with the competitive space,” said Navin Joshua, founder & director, GreenHonchos. Joshua also announced that the Company is planning to build an internal upskilling academy for its workforce.

“Trained talent from the industry is a rarity, and hence, learning & development of skill sets in-house is a sustained effort through this year. We’re rolling out GH Academy as a focused initiative to hone capability building across the organisation” he said.

The Company primarily deals with D2C brands, helping them scale their operations. Talking about the technologies they use, Joshua said “As a tech-enabled company, automation is at the forefront of each of our subfunctions. From HRMS to MarTech to efficiency tools. We’re excited to create systems that our team members will access to benefit them professionally in times to come”. In a short span, the Company claims that it has served more than 100 brands, generating over Rs 10,000 million in revenue for D2C brands annually.
