A young female executive, aged 26, has made a serious accusation against the HR manager of the private company she is employed at in Gurugram. The woman has claimed that the HR manager of her company, located at Sector 48’s Vatika Business Park, sexually harassed her at the workplace.

The incident has been reported to the police, and an FIR has been filed against the accused under sections 354 (molestation) and 354-D (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the woman’s complaint, the HR manager had repeatedly molested and stalked her at the office premises. In addition, she has alleged that the accused took unauthorized photographs of her without her consent. The accused HR manager had also stalked her outside the office, which has made the victim feel threatened and unsafe.

The police have started an investigation into the matter and are taking necessary actions to verify the claims made by the complainant. They are currently in the process of gathering evidence to support the accusations made against the HR manager.

Such incidents of sexual harassment and stalking at the workplace are taken seriously by the police, and they will ensure that the accused is held accountable if the allegations are found to be true.

It is imperative for organisations to create a safe and respectful work environment for their employees, and any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior must be dealt with strictly. This incident serves as a reminder that workplaces must implement strict policies and procedures to address such issues and provide employees with a secure and comfortable work environment.
