To ensure that no candidate fails a job interview, the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, Punjab Government, will be holding classes to teach job seekers to face interviews.

These classes will not only focus on developing the personalities of the candidates, but also build their confidence and help them prepare attractive resumes. This initiative will be of help to the youth seeking employment under the Ghar Ghar Rozgar Yojana.

The move came following the discovery that many talented and eligible candidates failed to bag jobs simply because they failed in the interview or carried a shoddy resume. The State Government has decided to take the help of experts to groom the personalities of the candidates through classes, so that they can face interviews with utmost confidence.

Under the its ‘Ghar-Ghar Rozgar Yojna’, the Government of Punjab will also hold a mega job fair in Ludhiana from 19 to 30 September this year. The youth of the State have been invited to participate in the fair in huge numbers and take maximum advantage of the opportunity to bag jobs.

Officials of the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises have been asked to promote the fair and spread the word to ensure that maximum people participate and bag jobs.

This is a wonderful step taken by a state government to help job seekers overcome their weaknesses and drawbacks and obtain employment.
