CIEL HR, a firm that offers a comprehensive suite of technology-driven HR solutions across the entire HR value chain, has acquired Thomas Assessment (TAPL), a provider of psychometric tools and People Metrics (PMPL), an assessment-solutions provider.
Given that TAPL and PMPL are backed by over 20 years of expertise and TAPL has been the exclusive distributor of Thomas International’s suite of psychometric tools—in behavioural, cognitive, personality and emotional-intelligence assessments— this acquisition will expand CIEL HR’s foot print in the SAARC region in addition to expanding its offerings in the Indian talent-assessment and development market.
For over two decades now TAPL has been offering advanced analyses that deliver actionable insights for recruitment, talent mobility, succession planning and leadership development. These tools have been used in several assessments globally, helping organisations make better-informed people decisions across diverse industries and cultures.
This acquisition enhances CIEL HR’s ability to deliver scientific talent solutions. Thomas Assessments’ suite of behavioural and cognitive tools is designed to improve hiring accuracy, elevate onboarding processes, and build stronger leadership. With these globally-recognised suite of tools, CIEL HR will now be able to offer its clients a robust solution to make their talent-acquisition processes more precise and offer a wider choice to tailor-make their talent-development processes.
