VXI Global’s delivery centre to create 10,000 jobs in Hyderabad

Multinational tech giant, VXI Global Solutions, has announced plans to invest in the city of Hyderabad, by setting up a delivery centre. The investment deal was signed after Erika Bogar King, global chief human resources officer (G-CHRO), VXI Global Solutions, met with Telangana IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao in Houston, US.

They announced that the company will set up a delivery centre in Hyderabad that will not only create 10,000 job opportunities but also contribute to the city’s economic growth.
KTR explained how Telangana became an investment magnet in the last nine years with its progressive policies, strong infrastructure and skilled workforce which attracts both national and international investors. The Minister also emphasised that out of the 4.50 lakh jobs created in the IT industry across the country last year, 1.5 lakhs were in Hyderabad alone.

Backed by private equity investor Bain Capital, VXI Global Solutions is a multinational company with 40,000 employees in more than 42 locations in North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. It provides customer experience (CX) solutions to the world’s leading brands.

The decision of VXI Global Solutions to enter Hyderabad underscores the strength of Hyderabad’s dynamic business ecosystem. The city is known for its talented workforce and progressive business environment. About 5,000 employees would be added in the first two to three years.

In the meeting, Jayesh Ranjan, principal secretary of IT and industries departments, E Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, special secretary, investment promotion & NRI affairs, Konatham Dileep, director, Telangana Digital Media Wing and Amarnath Reddy Atmakur, chief relations officer, were present.
