After having handled the HR function at JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) for two years, Bratindra Sanyal will now move to a new role at Lendingkart, Bangalore as HR head.

At JPMC, Sanyal was responsible for the HR function in multiple lines of business across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Before that he worked with many companies including Genpact, HSBC and Tata AIG Life Insurance.

With 15 years of experience in the HR domain, he has spent most of his working life in Kolkata, his native city. He went to St. Xavier’s for his class XII. He hold a BBA as well as an MBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Sanyal has worked in multiple industries, such as banking, pharma, consumer goods across India, Europe and America. He has experience in leading the teams for performance management and talent development.

In his 16 years of experience, he has specialised in all aspects of the HR function. His leadership will definitely be an asset to Lendingkart’s upward growth curve.

HRKatha contacted Sanyal who joined the company on 22 April. “After 16 years of HR experience in multiple industries, I thought it was time to leverage that and create something in HR which I can cherish for life,” says an elated Sanyal.

“Since Lendingkart has great potential to grow and expand its business, my scope of contribution also increases and that pulled me to join this company after working in a multinational bank here and also with other foreign banks earlier in my career,” he adds.

Lendingkart is an online financing company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses with working capital loans.
