PeopleStrong, enterprise work and HR tech brand, has appointed former CEO, Aon Hewitt, Sandeep Chaudhary, as president and member of the board. This appointment is part of PeopleStrong’s effort to invest and drive accelerated growth in India and across Asia. Chaudhary makes this shift after a 17-year long tenure at Aon Hewitt.

Chaudhary is known for a series of acquisitions, divestitures, and new business incubation, that transformed Aon Hewitt into a dominant market leadership position across India and emerging markets. He is a thought leader in the space of human capital and an advisor to many notable business houses. After leaving Aon Hewitt earlier this year Chaudhary has been working as an advisor to several private equity-backed businesses on their talent and organisation issues and special situations, such as mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO, emerging market expansion, and so on.
