Kamal Vatnani has joined Ensono LLP, as the India leader for culture and people experience. With over 20 years of progressive experience in HR and operations, Vatnani is also a leader who has been involved in creating favourable cultural transformations for greater employee experience and company branding.
“Company culture has become important and our agenda, at Ensono, is to build a culture of empowerment and innovation, where associates can contribute towards client engagement and process improvement, and also enhance productivity through innovation. The culture and people experience or CPE leaders, are the ones who bring this change at Ensono. One great thing about Ensono is that CPE is a part of the Board and not an invitee,” says Vatnani.
Organisations have to make sure that their culture is right and the people are aligned with that culture. Vatnani has taken the challenge towards building just that across the Company’s Pune, Chennai and Bangalore locations.
As he puts it, “Setting up the processes, employer branding, and attracting the best talent, as well as building a company culture which makes Ensono a great place to work, are some of the challenges that lie ahead.”
Before joining this IT solutions company, which provides hybrid solutions between mainframe and cloud-based computing, Vatnani was in a leadership role at Qualys, serving as the vice president-HR, India and APAC. His responsibilities included strategy, HR delivery and recruitment across all business verticals of Qualys Inc.
Prior to Qualys, he worked with PTC Software as the vice president-HR, leading HR delivery and operations for Pune, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai locations.
Having begun his professional journey with First Insight in 2001, Vatnani has also worked with SAP Labs, Sybase, Selectica and Dx Technologies in the past.
A management graduate from Nagpur University, Vatnani completed his post-graduate diploma in HRM from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
