KPI Partners has appointed Ramya Nagaraja as its new director-human resources. The company works as a global strategic partner specialising in analytics and digital-transformation solutions.
Prior to joining KPI, Nagaraja was associated with LTIMindtree as its director-HR business partner, since the year 2022.
Bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in diverse human resources Nagaraja has worked with several other companies such as Mindtree, Sony India, EdGE Networks, NTT Data and ArisGlobal.
Her longest stint was with Mindtree, where her tenure lasted close to five years, with her last role being that of associate director-human resources. She initially joined the company in the year 2018 as its senior manager-people function and after holding the role for close to three years, she was elevated in the year 2021.
An alumna of XLRI, she possesses expertise in talent management, organisational design, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and performance management across various sectors, including IT and IT product companies.
She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. She calls herself a strong communicator, an effective influencer, and a solution-oriented leader, as per her social posts.
