Pavitra Singh has been elevated as the CHRO of PepsiCo who has replaced Suchitra Rajendra. Rajendra stepped down as the CHRO of PepsiCo in the month of August and joined Colt Tech as country head and global HR head. Colt Tech provides digital transformation solutions to its clients.
Prior to this role, Singh was the head of talent acquisition for Asia, Middle East and Africa region at PepsiCo.
Singh comes with an experience of close to 18 years in HR and has been working with PepsiCo for last 13 years.
In these 13 years, she has led various HR functions at PepsiCo. She has served as the head of leadership development and diversity & inclusion at PepsiCo.
She joined PepsiCo in 2006 as the senior manager, talent acquisition and introduced various interventions such as ‘Be Indra’s advisor contest’ for campus hiring.
In 13 years, she climbed the ladder of success and now is the CHRO of PepsiCo.
She started her career with American Express in 2001 in an HRBP role and led implementation of employee self service system. She was the HRBP for two business units at American Express.
Before joining PepsiCo, Singh also worked in an another HRBP role at Fair Isaac, popularly known as FICO a data analytics company.
Singh completed her MBA in HR from University of Pune and is also a BCom graduate from Symbiosis College, Pune.
