After four years with Kohler as senior manager-HR, Pradyumansinh Gohil has joined IDEX as deputy director-plant HR and admin, HRBP. This role will see him based out of Vadodara, Gujarat.

Gohil, who completed an MSW in human resources from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, also holds an LLB from the same university. Presently, he is pursuing a PhD in human resources.

For a very short while, he handled corporate social responsibility (CSR) at Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, from 2011 to 2012. He then moved to Reliance Industries (RIL) as human resources manager. This stint lasted eight years.

It was in the month of May 2020 that he joined Kohler as senior manager.

Known to his colleagues as PG, Gohil is appreciated for his maturity to manage situations. Handling statutory compliance is his forte.

He holds multiple certifications in contract-labour management, people analytics, as well as finding and retaining high-potential talent. In addition to talent acquisition, his core competencies include talent management, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, human resource operations, as well as training and development. His mission is to foster a positive and productive work culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.

With more than 13 years of experience in human resources, industrial relations (IR) and CSR, Pradyumansinh Gohil is bound to be an asset to IDEX, the machinery manufacturing company. HRKatha wishes him all the best!
