    Raunak Singh appointed HR head, Enaltec Labs

    Former deputy general manager – HR of Medley Pharmaceuticals, Raunak Singh, has now joined Enaltec Labs as HR head.

    Backed by about 13 years of experience, Singh began his HR journey with Alkem Laboratories, in 2009. Armed with an MBA in human resource management/ personnel administration from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, he joined Alkem as senior manager – HR. Based out of Mumbai, he completed a successful stint of over eight years with the Company, before moving on.

    In October 2017, he joined Medley Pharmaceuticals as deputy general manager – HR, a post he held for more than four years.

    Known as the perfect HR person for being soft spoken as well as coolheaded and strong at the same time, he is an expert in the areas of performance management, employee relations, performance appraisal, employee engagement, recruitment, talent acquisition, organisational development, and team management among others.

    Singh possesses strong business acumen and excellent people skills. He has the ability to implement innovative human resource policies and practices.

    Given his experience in the pharma sector, he will prove to be an asset to Enaltec Labs, which manufactures and supplies active pharmaceutical ingredients or API.

    In his new assignment, as Singh reveals on LinkedIn, he will manage the entire gamut of HR function for corporate, R&D and manufacturing, across all the Company’s locations in the country. His major focus will be on talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, training and development and employee engagement, to ensure the sustainability of the workforce. He will also help implement HR policies and processes in the organisation.
