ManpowerGroup, the global workforce solutions company, recently appointed Sandeep Gulati as its new managing director, India operations.
Gulati, who takes over from AG Rao, is a multi-faceted leader. He is known for his passion for building winning teams in a global environment. His previous stint was with Aegis (Startek), where he was the chief operating officer responsible for Asia Pacific, South Africa and the Middle East markets. With significant experience of about 26 years, Gulati has worked with big names, such as General Electric (GE), Vodafone and Dell, in various key roles.
Francois Lancon, president Asia Pacific & Middle East, ManpowerGroup, expressed his confidence in Gulati’s ability to play a significant role in the Company’s growth strategy in the country, given his rich two-decade long experience in various domains.
Gulati, who is an engineering graduate in electronics and communication, from Bangalore University, is excited to receive this opportunity to lead the India business for the Group.
