Bengaluru-based Ozone Group has launched a programme urging its employee to quit smoking and lose weight and in lieu of the same, it has offered hefty financial rewards.

All employees who were on the company’s payroll on July 31, and are still on it, will be part of this reward programme, which will also include FTEs and contract workers.
A report by Towers Watson indicates that Indian companies are seeing a major gap between the amount they spend on employee benefits and the value they get in return.
