Sonal Arora has been appointed as the new executive director and head for staffing business, at Gi Group. An accomplished HR professional with over two decades of experience in industries, such as media and HR outsourcing, Arora began her career with The Times of India Group. Before joining Gi Group, she was working with TeamLease Services.
Arora has handled key responsibilities for business planning, strategy, growth and operations. She has successfully helped build multiple business lines in the areas of staffing, payroll outsourcing and compliances from the ground up. She enjoys building businesses with high-performance teams and has experience in leading diverse, cross-functional and multi-local teams.
