GoPaisa, the Indian product and offer aggregator in the e-commerce space, is gearing up to double its workforce in the new financial year, in an attempt to extend its reach and expand globally. The presently 45-strong staff is hoping to become 100-strong in the new fiscal.

The Company is looking for talent in the technology and business development departments to strengthen and further advance the platform on a growth journey.

Ankita Jain, co-founder, GoPaisa, reveals that the Company is presently focusing on “strengthening the platform and the team,” but once the pandemic situation improves and things get back to normal, it will “go all out to expand its business and presence across the globe.”

Till then, GoPaisa hopes to focus on having the right manpower and talent in place so that there are no hurdles in the future. Jain points out that the Company is “on a lookout for talented professionals that are also passionate about the e-commerce industry and share the same energy.”

The new employees will be hired for the Delhi – NCR region mainly, where the startup’s technology base is located.

GoPaisa has been tying up with Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong, Ajio, 1mg, Medlife, Mamaearth, Beardo, Makemytrip, ManCompany and so on, to bring the best of deals to consumers. It has already served over three and a half million customers pan India. It expects this number to grow and cross five million by the end of fiscal 2021.
