The launch of Byju’s Lab, an innovation hub, has opened up opportunities for both freshers and experienced professionals from the artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) space. The Lab hopes to have more than 100 team members in the next couple of years.

The Bengaluru-headquartered Indian multinational edtech firm announced the launch of Byju’s Lab, where its team will work on innovations, come up with new ideas, work on cutting-edge technologies and create breakthrough solutions for its learning platform and products.

The Company will hire diverse talent in the UK, the US and India.

The objective is to leverage technology and make it transparent for the user so that tech-enabled education can become accessible to more and more people. For this, it will have to focus on research and create intellectual property, for which it will first have to put together a team of passionate ML and AI experts and freshers.

Byju’s Lab will work to use technology, computing and data to enhance the online learning experience, and make it more personalised and democratised.

Having raised funds from various investors, Byju’s has come to be amongst the most valued startups in India. From a valuation of US$ 16.5 billion in June 2021, Byju’s is now estimated to value US$ 18 billion after the latest funding round.
