Samunnati, the Chennai-headquartered Indian agri enterprise and agri-value chain enabler, is gearing to strengthen leadership and talent in 2022.

Women already represent 25 per cent of the Samunnati workforce, and about 100 positions are waiting to be filled across functions.

Anilkumar SG, founder, Samunnati, reveals that “our commitment to our people is as strong as our commitment to the smallholder farmers of India. It is the collective experience and expertise of our teams that allow us to reach new frontiers of growth and impact”.

Over the last year and a half, Samunnati has been growing rapidly. It recently unlocked a 10,000 crores gross transactional value mark across its agri commerce and agri finance business. Samunnati’s agri commerce and agri finance solutions enable affiliated farmer collectives and the larger ecosystem to be more efficient and productive through multiple technology-enabled interventions and collaborative partnerships.
