In March 2010, she moved to Bengaluru, to join Canary’s Automation as senior talent-acquisition specialist. After a three-year break to fulfil family commitments, she was back in the mainstream, as talent-acquisition manager, Tech Connect Consulting, from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, she joined Micron Technology as manager-talent acquisition. For over four years, she successfully lead a team of 13 recruiters based in India supporting over 10 business groups. During this tensure, she consulted with the business leaders, human resource business partners and finance team to determine the talent plan and hiring forecast. She helped formulate recruiting strategies and lead the organisation to fulfil the hiring demand at the right time, with the right talent and at the right cost.

It was in 2022 that she joined DAZN as the India talent-acquisition lead. This role required her to drive the recruitment strategy and manage a team of 11 talented recruiters.

Known for her impactful leadership, strategic prowess and innovative approach, Divi’s expertise will surely be an asset to SMC Squared India, a firm that empowers organisations to accelerate digital transformation through Global Capability Centres.
