    Netradyne elevates Pooja Madappa to SVP- global HR

    US and Bengaluru-based Netradyne, has promoted Pooja Madappa to the position of senior vice president- global human resources. The company specialises in artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing with a focus on driver and fleet safety.

    Prior to her role with Netradyne, Madappa was associated with Schneider Electric as general manager-HR.

    Madappa initially joined Netradyne in 2022 as the vice president-HR. In March 2023, she was then elevated to the role of global vice president-human resources.

    Backed by 18 years of experience in HR, Madappa has worked with two major multinational companies, including Schneider Electric India and INTEL.

    Her longest stint was with Schneider Electric, where she supported the India and International teams, driving people strategy across various business units. She joined the company in the year 2009 as its manager-HR for international operations.

    She held many senior roles during her stint with Schneider and spent over 13 years with the company, from 2009 to 2022.

    Maddapa’s expertise lies in HR staffing, talent management and engagement, rewards, learning solutions, change management, mergers and acquisition and diversity and inclusion. She is extremely passionate about diversity and inclusion and admits that she would love to see an equal world in word & spirit.

    Madappa holds a post graduate degree in HR and finance from St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration.
