In the year 2021, she was given an added responsibility of handling the company’s growth in India as its chief growth officer.

Having worked across sectors such as IT, logistics, telecom, and biotechnology, Ratika is passionate about attracting, developing and retaining talent.

In her long and successful professional journey, Ratika has worked with many big brands such as Ascendum Solutions, Novozymes, OpSource and Airtel.

Airtel is where she started her journey in human resources, in the year 2005. She joined the company as its senior executive-human resources and after a year moved to OpSource, a cloud computing company, in 2006.

She took up the role of head-HR for its India operations and held the same for over three years. After two years into this role, she was elevated to senior HR manager-head talent acquisition and mobility for India, in the year 2011.

The year 2015 saw Ratika joining Ascendum Solutions, a software company, as its head-HR, before moving to Sapiens.

Through her experiences with these diverse organisations, Ratika gained insights into the entire spectrum of people’s behaviour and aspirations.

Ratika holds an MBA from the Centre of Management Development in business administration and management.
