    Srijit Sen to head talent acquisition for BPS at Coforge

    Sen has moved from EXL where he spent almost 4 years with his last designation being senior assistant vice president-talent acquisition

    After almost four successful years with EXL, Srijit Sen has joined Coforge as head – talent acquisition for Business Process Solutions.

    An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur began his career as a process associate at GECIS in June of 2003. Less than three years into this role, he switched to Genpact where he was part of the hiring team for over a year before being elevated to MT, hiring, Jharkhand/Bihar, in July of 2007.

    June of 2003 saw him promoted to assistant manager, HR/hiring, branch head-Jharkhand/Bihar. From 2009 to 2010 he served as assistant manager-hiring band4.

    After over seven successful years with Genpact, Srijit Sen took up the role of lead-NCR support hiring at Convergys, in 2010. Two years into this role he was promoted to associate manager-recruitment (Hyderabad site).

    HSBC roped him in to play manager-human resources in February of 2014. Two years later, he switched to Allegis Global Solutions, as service delivery lead, in January 2016.

    Less than a year and a half later, he was elevated to site head, recruitment operations, in May of 2017, working out of Mumbai.

    Sen’s next stop was Infosys BPO, in November 2017. Almost five years later, he moved to EXL in October 2022 as assistant vice president-talent acquisition (AVP-TA).

    Two and a half years into this role, he was elevated to senior assistant VP-TA.

    HRKatha wishes Srijit Sen all the best as he prepares to head TA at Corforge, an AI-native engineering services company.
