    Adda247 to hire over 100 employees by the next quarter

    Adda247, the education technology company, is all set to expand and increase its presence across the country. It is gearing up to hire over 100 experienced professionals across various roles by the next quarter. This recruitment drive is part of its growth plan and its aim to ensure that candidates appearing for competitive exams across India gain access to its high-quality education and learning solutions.

    The user base of this test-preparation platform has grown significantly since its launch in 2010. Through its unique blend of online and offline tutoring techniques, it has managed to train over 100 million students across India to date.

    The hiring drive will focus mainly on executive and mid-level profiles as well as experienced professionals in senior-level positions in marketing strategy and operations. The candidates will have to go through a series of written tests followed by face-to-face interviews before getting selected.

    About 35 to 40 per cent of the new hires will be women. Right now, there are only 35 per cent women in its workforce.

    The platform currently has over 450 offline coaching centres, that are handled by a team of over 500 professionals and more than 1,000 teachers. Adda247 boasts of more than 4 million YouTube subscribers, 11 million+ app downloads till date. The company remains committed to ensuring effective management of its overall operations while also offering ace-quality guidance and support to the next wave of professionals across the country.
