Jumbotail, the wholesale e-commerce and retail platform has announced that it will hire more than 400 employees over the next year in multiple positions, across geographies. The Company is looking for talent for various roles in its strategic growth, such as technology, product, category management, supply chain planning, and design, retail services, project management, credit and payment, finance, supply chain operations and customer success.
Not only that, the Company is looking for people at every level — from freshers/entry-level executives to mid- and senior-level positions and senior leadership positions as well.
The Company is hunting for suitable leaders /heads in finance, marketing, people experience, category management, marketplace growth, geo expansion and decision sciences.
In the tech and products functions, Jumbotail is looking to hire principal engineers, decision scientists, UI engineering leads, senior product managers and UX leads.
Having recently raised $25 million in funds, media reports reveal that Jumbotail is gearing up to scale operations across multiple locations in South India and in more than 100 districts of North India. The expansion will take place in its logistics and fulfilment centres as well, to support the marketplace expansion.
The Company is also scaling up its J24 stores, its fintech platform and financial services business by investing heavily in technology, product, design, and decision science to undertake its scaling in a cost-efficient manner.
