Responsibilities:-
- Full responsibility for driving the entire recruitment process and hiring decision (KPI driven).
- Consult and partner with HR BP and CoE.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to ensure candidate quality as well as appropriate time to fill.
- Act as face to the candidate – handhold candidates through the entire talent acquisition process and create an excellent candidate journey.
- Manage and perform all recruitment and selection related activities.
- Steer the briefing call with hiring manager and clarify all open questions to steer the process efficiently.
- Create appropriate and appealing job postings.
- Steer local (country level) recruitment strategy.
- Manage all aspects of the selection including pre-screening (phone screening if applicable), provide appropriate shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring manager, interviewing the talents, manage the offers and handhold the candidates until onboarding.
- Set clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, as required.
- Keep track and act according to the own recruitment KPIs, use data to assess and measure candidate funnel and recruiting performance.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives (e.g., representing GEA at career fairs, collaboration with key universities, driving campus recruitments, etc.)
- Collaborate and steer external partners or agencies, as needed.
- Establish and maintain talent pool.
Support continuous improvement:-
- Support alignment with Procurement/ Legal team for contract with agencies.
- Collaborate with CoE and business to develop effective employer branding and sourcing strategies in alignment with workforce planning.
- Continually identify new opportunities that help improving our talent acquisition process, tools and candidate experience by identifying the recruitment trends and new opportunities.
- Support workforce planning and execution of recruitment strategy.
Qualifications And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with any discipline of HR, Management & International Business, or similar relevant background of study
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Active Sourcing is preferred.
- Ability to interface effectively with the hiring managers.
- Strong communication skills with customer-oriented mindset
- High degree of networking skills and ability to build a trustful relationship with the stakeholders.
- Result-oriented working method characterized by fulfilling hiring expectations of the customer via high service quality.
- Confident in working with recruitment tools and technologies, ideally experienced with Workday recruitment module.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
