Her passion for building leading-edge solutions and commitment to clinical excellence would position 1to1help ahead of its global peers.”
On her appointment, Bisht says, “I am honoured to assume the role of CEO. My focus will be to continue to provide the highest levels of care to our users and sponsors as we deepen our impact and broaden our coverage. I want to help move the EAP industry into its mature stage by bringing together our 22 years of experience and learnings with our strong product endeavours. I am eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of 1to1help by aligning our efforts to foster innovation and develop offerings that cater to the evolving needs of both employers and employees.”
1to1help’s vision is to change the way organisations approach and prioritise emotional health. They are not advocating for a one-size-fits-all solution but instead focus on tailored interventions for individuals, teams, entire cohorts, and the organisation as a whole. Their objective is to create resilient, productive, and nurturing work environments for all.
This appointment underscores 1to1help’s mission to provide more personalised and accessible care, ensuring that individuals receive support to not only cope with stress, sadness, and anxiety but also improve their sense of purpose, satisfaction with life, and overall happiness.
