    Hero Vired appoints Prarthana Agarwal as head of finance

    Hero Vired, India’s leading LearnTech Company catering to professionals and higher education aspirants, announces the appointment of Prarthana Agarwal as its new head of finance. With an impressive track record in finance and strategic leadership, her addition to the organisation reinforces Hero Vired’s position as a frontrunner in the rapidly evolving EdTech landscape.

    As the head of finance, Agarwal will play a pivotal role in driving Hero Vired’s financial growth by spearheading fundraising initiatives, streamlining processes and systems, conducting competition benchmarking, and identifying areas for improvement. Leveraging her extensive experience in finance, she is poised to lead the finance team and contribute significantly to Hero Vired’s long-term success.

    Agarwal brings in a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in initiatives focused on risk reduction, productivity enhancement, and improved internal control. With over a decade of experience in the education and skilling domains, including acquisitions and fundraising, her appointment will fortify Hero Vired’s financial foundations. She will oversee the company’s financial stack, encompassing financial planning, expense management, tax compliance, financial legal compliance, and the establishment of a robust company portfolio to attract investor funding opportunities.

    Before joining Hero Vired, Agarwal served as the CFO at Centum Learning , where she demonstrated her prowess in implementing financial strategies that drove sustainable growth. Her professional journey also includes tenures at esteemed organisations such as PwC, Ernst & Young, and IL&FS Education/Skills Development Corp. her wealth of experience and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to Hero Vired’s continued growth trajectory.

    Prarthana holds a Master’s degree in business administration from the prestigious SP Jain Center of Management additionally, she has earned the prestigious designation of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Known for her strategic thinking, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver results in dynamic environments, she is well-equipped to lead Hero Vired’s financial endeavours.
