Hero Vired and LeadSquared team up to equip professionals for the future of sales

Hero Vired, an Indian LearnTech company, is equipping professionals for the future of sales with its new Certificate Programme in Technology-enabled Sales. This comprehensive programme, crafted in collaboration with LeadSquared, arms learners with the essential skills, strategies, and tools to thrive in a consumer-centric sales environment driven by AI and advanced CRM systems.

The programme’s focus on technology aligns with industry trends: Gartner predicts that 75 per cent of B2B sales organisations will incorporate AI-guided selling by 2025. To equip learners for this shift, Hero Vired’s programme offers hands-on experience, instructor-led classes, real-life scenarios, and relevant industry projects.

“Recognising the transformative power of technology, we designed this program to help individuals upskill and unlock new opportunities in tech-enabled sales,” says Akshay Munjal, founder and CEO, Hero Vired. “By integrating advanced CRM technology like LeadSquared, we empower learners to meet evolving consumer expectations and contribute to the $4.4 trillion global productivity boost projected by CRM tools.”

The programme addresses a critical need: Gartner also reveals that 83% of sellers struggle to adapt to changing customer needs. Hero Vired’s program equips learners with the skills and mindset to overcome this challenge and excel in the ever-evolving sales landscape.

“This collaboration with Hero Vired strengthens our commitment to empowering users with the tools and skills needed to excel in the ever-evolving world of sales and marketing,” says Prashant Singh, Co-Founder and COO of LeadSquared. “Together, we pave the way for a transformative learning experience that bridges the gap between industry demands and skill development.”

The intensive 3-month program deep dives into technology-enabled sales, consumer analysis, sales automation, and sales intelligence. Learners gain proficiency in tracking key business metrics, analysing KPIs, and managing users and leads effectively. They also gain hands-on experience with LeadSquared’s Omnichannel CRM tools, including its Sales execution CRM and mobile app.

Beyond technical skills, the programme emphasises essential sales skills, relationship building, and effective product pitching. Learners interact with industry experts, participate in capstone projects, and develop personalised sales playbooks, preparing them for entry-level positions in technology-enabled sales and sales operations.

As technology continues to reshape the sales landscape, Hero Vired’s Certificate Programme in Technology-enabled Sales equips learners with the knowledge and skills to succeed in a future where technological innovation drives sales excellence.
