With about 1500 footfalls over 2 days, this becomes a platform for HR professionals to do a deep-dive into the people practices across various organisations, for peer learning, networking and connecting with industry leaders”, said Smita Saha, Hon President of National HRD Network, Bangalore Chapter and Vice President HR & HR Regional Lead, AstraZeneca India.

There are also competitive segments for the coveted Grand HR Showcase Awards for the Best Corporate HR Practices, Best HR Strat-up, Best CSR Practices, Best Innovation in Academia and Best Research Proposal in Human Resources.
