Youth4work ties up with Retail and Telecom Skill Councils to increase employment potential of youth in India

Youth4work is strengthening its commitment of youth competency enhancement by associating with RASCI and TSSC.

Youth4work has widened its horizon, by not only polishing a larger section of youth for employability but also assisting them in employment. It has joined hands with Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI) and Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC), India. The rapidly emerging online platform has entered into Memorandum of Understanding with RASCI and TSSC at Mumbai and Gurgaon respectively.

Youth4work is now an employment channel partner for RASCI and TSSC, thus assisting certified as well as under-training candidates to get opportunities for employment in organizations and earn for their livelihood. This tie-up of Youth4work with both the apex bodies will be fruitful for the future of Indian youth aspiring to work in retail and telecom sectors. Not only Youth4work provides its preparation platform to RASCI and TSSC candidates to help them develop and enhance their employability skills but also acts as an Online Partner who assists candidates to showcase their talents and get opportunities for employments.

RASCI (Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India) is an independent public limited organization representing the Retail Industry in India and is a comprehensive source of retail expertise and independent advisory about skills development in the retail industry.
TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council)is an industry led apex body jointly set up by The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Indian Cellular Association (ICA) & Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCOE) to ensure adequate availability of skilled manpower to boost growth and productivity in the Telecom Sector.
