    1000+ openings for engineers at Fynd, the omnichannel platform

    Fynd, the Indian technology company with significant expertise and experience in the retail industry, has announced its intentions to hire over 1000 engineers. The omnichannel platform is experiencing rapid growth in verticals pertaining to big data ops, edutech, gaming and crypto among others. , there is a lot of space for new talent in the organization.

    Given the increasing number of brands connecting with the Company, the demand for its tech solutions have surged.

    Farooq Adam, co-founder of Fynd reveals that the Company had hired over 280 people in 2021, and this year it plans to take on over 1,000 engineers.

    “From freshers to experts and leaders, we are looking for passionate people who want to innovate, create and refine,” says Adam.

    The Company follows a hybrid work model and is keen to hire from across the country, to be part of its people-first and knowledge-sharing culture.

    It offers flexible work hours, retention pay, life and health insurance, and even workcations, among other benefits to all its employees.

    “Fynd provides a very flexible & friendly working environment for its members so they can thrive and achieve great things with us,” reiterates Nishigandha Shendge, HR Manager at Fynd, revealing that they have “clear goals for the future” and therefore, “will also have more regional offices pan India to make workplace resources accessible to new members as we continue our hybrid style”.

    The hiring process is already underway and there are a lot of opportunities for people of varied academic and professional backgrounds.
