Aarna Networks, the software company in the 5G and edge computing application management space, is gearing to expand its engineering team in India by hiring technology professionals with expertise in cutting edge technologies from across the country.

The firm wants its engineering team in India to be entirely self-sufficient in all aspects of the product life cycle, including product design, architecture, development/testing and support. Therefore, it is on the lookout for top-notch technical talent in India to work on Cloud/Edge/Kubernetes/5G, and other technologies.

Founded in 2018, the startup has received $3.5 million from various investors, including SVQuad Ventures, Inventus Capital, RiSO Capital, and Arka Ventures, and other Silicon Valley industry veterans. This infusion of capital will be used to acquire more quality engineering talent and increase sales activities. The Company has aggressive growth plans in terms of new clients and revenue.

Amar Kapadia, co-founder and CEO of Aarna Networks, reveals that the Company’s “hiring process is completely backed by technology and virtual interactions. We’re committed to providing the best possible working environment for our colleagues”. As has been the practice, it intends to “employ smartly, with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity”.

“The additional technological capabilities will help us expand our product portfolio and we are committed to invest in the technology leaders of tomorrow” said Sriram Rupanagunta, co-founder and SVP, engineering, Aarna Networks.

The firm has been able to record significant growth even amidst the pandemic.

It was founded in 2018, with the goal of developing a platform for private 5G networks and edge-computing applications that would allow them to be orchestrated, managed, and automated. The user-friendly vendor-neutral platform provides an open-source orchestration, lifecycle management, and control loop automation solution. It is standards-aligned and gives fully support for 5G.
