Access Healthcare to hire over 18,000 people in the next 1 year

Access Healthcare, the provider of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle and information technology services, is all set to hire over 18,000 people in the next one year. It is scouting for talent across its locations in Chennai, Coimbatore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai and Trivandrum.

The healthcare BPO is looking to fill roles in medical billing, coding, and accounts receivable call centre. It is also looking for skilled technologists for its research and development unit working on robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to support its flagship platform, echo.

The Company is opening to hiring fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals to support its 100+ healthcare institutions and over five lakh physicians.

The Company is building a campus big enough to accommodate 7,000 people. It already has multiple facilities in India, the Philippines, and the US. The Company has added over 12,000 people to its rolls in the last 15 months and also doubled its headcount.

Hiring about 1,500 people every month, the Company is investing heavily in technology, automation and training processes. The Company boasts of being amongst the world’s largest global third-party revenue cycle companies.
