Capgemini India, the IT services and consulting firm, is conducting a Pooled Campus Drive 2021 to hire engineering freshers from all streams and branches, as well as MCA freshers. Interested students can apply on the Capgemini website till tomorrow, that is, September1.
The assessments and the hiring process will begin from the second week of September. Only those who clear the test assessment (Step 1 to Step 3) will be invited for the interview.
Graduates or those who have graduated in 2021 and have scored at least 60 per cent in diploma, graduation (aggregate of 7 semesters), and MCA (aggregate of 5 semesters)/ ME / MTech may apply are eligible. Students who have completed MCA, BE / BTech may also apply. ME / MTech students must be only from information technology, information science, and computer science streams. The applicants should be able to write and speak well in English and possess good communication skills. Applicants should have no gap between or within academic milestones. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the assessment or selection process. The entire selection process, right from test to interview will be conducted online.
The applicants should be willing to sign a service-level agreement bond with Capgemini and be open for relocation to any of Capgemini’s offices. They should also be willing to work across domains, technologies, roles and be comfortable working in shifts, if the need arises.
